  • Participate in league-based competitions

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

  • Manipulate leaderboards or challenge results through fraudulent means
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. Challenges and Teams

5.1 Creating Challenges

When you create a challenge, you become the challenge owner and are responsible for:

  • Setting appropriate challenge parameters
  • Managing participants and teams
  • Ensuring fair competition

5.2 Joining Challenges

By joining a challenge, you agree to:

  • Log exercises honestly and accurately
  • Respect other participants
  • Accept the results and rankings determined by the system

6. Points and Rankings

Points are calculated based on the type and duration of exercises logged. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify the point calculation system at any time
  • Remove points earned through fraudulent means
  • Adjust rankings to correct errors or address disputes

Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards unless explicitly stated in a specific challenge.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Exercise Challenge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

8. User Content

By submitting content to the Service (including exercise data, team names, and profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Extended period of inactivity
  • At your request

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Exercise Challenge is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical service. Before starting any exercise program:

  • Consider your current health condition and fitness level
  • Listen to your body and exercise safely

We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from exercise activities logged in our Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
